I made my first fitness post on Instagram in 2019. During that time, I was experiencing one of the most mentally challenging periods of my life. I struggled with stress, anxiety, and lack of motivation when I discovered how the gym could help me manage those symptoms. It was a game-changing discovery. The gym became my therapy, and I felt compelled to share this new journey with my peers. Not with the desire to someday become a personal trainer, but with hope that my journey would inspire others to make positive steps in their own health and wellness journeys.
